Health Checks

Health Checks quickly identify potential and current problem areas in your process, operation, procedures and/or business. They highlight the hazards and risks associated with your business including those related to flammable, explosive and toxic materials as well as competency, human performance, maloperation, energy and the environment.

Every organisation is subjected to a range of risks and is statutory obligated to assess these risks periodically. Managing risks in your organisation and trying to keep up with ever changing legislative requirement can be difficult, expensive and time consuming. HazRes’ Health Check Service has been designed to help you and your organisation in identifying problem areas, assessing your competency and technology gaps, and works with you to manage and mitigate these risks in order to improve your standard of safety.

HazRes’ Health Check service is a time limited study that identifies a specific and pre-agreed area of risk within your organisation that is either not being managed appropriately and/or could be a potential concern in the future. The Health Check Service provides you and your organisation with a simple and comprehensive package of findings, results, recommendations and future work programmes that can assist you in improving your standards of safety.

HazRes’ Health Check Service is different to others as our service is not only cost effective, but it is also customer focused in meeting your needs and not a prepared package of standard requirements and check boxes. We listen to your concerns and needs, discuss your requirements and provide assistance and advice that you want and need.

Personalised Service

HazRes realises that the above described Health Check Service may not suit your particular facility, operation or process by the limitations of either time or level of detail required. In these cases if you require an extended Health Check which would require more time and effort than that described above, please contact HazRes to discuss your requirements.

Also you or your organisation may want to have a regular Health Check inspection on either the same part of your process (e.g. every 6 to 12 months) or different sections of your facility as part of your internal safety management system. In these cases, it may be beneficial and more cost effective to your organisation to convert HazRes’ regular Health Checks into a more long-term service or framework agreement providing the same level of support at a reduced cost.
